A 6 kW pipe laser cuts round pipe, square tube and rectangular tube in mild steel and stainless steel. Confirmed profile size range 50 mm to 220 mm, wall thickness up to 12 mm, and lengths up to 6,000 mm. Holes, slots, copes and end profiles are cut directly from the drawing.

Sheet Metal Laser Cutting Job Work

A 3 kW flat laser cuts sheet and plate in mild steel and stainless steel, up to 12 mm material thickness and a maximum sheet size of 4 ft × 8 ft, subject to material, geometry and technical review. Contours, holes, slots and openings are cut to the geometry in your DXF file, and the cut parts can continue straight into CNC press brake bending.
