Scope

This policy covers the website at metallazerworld.com (“this website”). It explains what information reaches Metal Lazer World when you make an enquiry, why, and what happens to it.

How enquiries reach us

There are two routes, and you choose which to use:

• The quotation form on the Request a Quote page. This is an active web form. What you type into it, and any DXF drawing you choose to attach, is sent to Metal Lazer World when you press Send Quotation Request.
• Direct contact — telephone +91 81466 88204, WhatsApp +91 81466 88204, or email metallazerworld@gmail.com.

Selecting a telephone, WhatsApp or email link on this website opens your own application; nothing is transmitted to Metal Lazer World until you place the call or send the message yourself. The quotation form is different: pressing its send button transmits the information immediately.

Uploading a DXF drawing through the quotation form is optional. The form can be sent without one.

Information you send us

Through the quotation form, Metal Lazer World receives the fields you complete: your name, company or organisation, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, state or province, country, the profile type, material, dimensions, wall thickness, length and quantity, the requirement you describe, and the DXF drawing if you attach one. The date and time of your submission and the fact that you gave consent are recorded with it.

Through a call, message or email, Metal Lazer World receives whatever you choose to include: typically your name, company name, contact details, and the technical details of your requirement, including drawings and specifications you attach for review.

Information submitted through the quotation form is sent to Metal Lazer World by email. It is not published anywhere on this website, it is not written to a public folder on the web server, and this website operates no customer portal and no public quotation database.

How that information is used

Enquiry information — including everything submitted through the quotation form — is used to review and respond to your quotation request, ask follow-up questions, prepare a quotation, and, if a project proceeds, complete the work you have requested. It is not used for unrelated marketing and is not sold. Completing the quotation form does not subscribe you to anything.

Drawings and technical files

Drawings and specifications submitted with an enquiry are used to review, quote, and produce that requirement. If you have specific handling requirements for your drawings, state them with your enquiry so they can be confirmed before work begins.

Drawing retention

A DXF drawing attached to the quotation form is sent with your request and is then removed from the web server. It is not kept in any web-accessible location and it is never reachable by a public address.

Customer drawings submitted for quotation are retained in active business quotation records for up to one month and are then scheduled for deletion.

Residual copies may temporarily remain in email-provider, hosting-provider, security, or backup systems according to those providers’ technical retention cycles. No claim is made that every copy is erased immediately, that deletion is certified, or that copies are removed from every backup within exactly one month.

Analytics, cookies and tracking

Google Analytics is used on this website, and it is entirely optional. Storage is denied by default: the Google measurement code loads for every visitor, but analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are all set to denied before it loads, and they stay denied until you choose Accept Analytics in the panel. While storage is denied, nothing is stored on your device and only small cookieless measurement requests may be sent to Google. If you reject analytics, storage stays denied permanently.

Analytics is used only to understand how pages are used and which contact links are selected. If you accept, Google Analytics may process technical information such as your device, browser, approximate location derived from your network address, and your interactions with pages and links. Google acts as the analytics provider for that data, and how long it is kept is configured within Google Analytics.

This website does not send customer drawings, drawing file names, quotation details, or any name, company name, telephone number, email address, city, address or message text to Google Analytics. When a quotation request has been successfully sent, a single generate_lead event is recorded. That event carries three fixed labels only — the form identifier, the lead type, and the service — and no information that you typed. It is recorded whether or not you have accepted analytics; if you have not accepted, it is sent as a cookieless request and nothing is stored on your device.

No advertising or remarketing trackers are loaded by this website, and advertising storage and personalisation are never granted. A Google Ads account is linked to Google Analytics so that confirmed quotation requests can be counted as conversions in aggregate; that link is made inside Google Analytics only, and this website loads no advertising cookie, remarketing tag or personalised advertising feature.

You can reject analytics, and you can withdraw consent later by selecting Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing returns analytics storage to denied on pages you visit afterwards, so nothing further is stored on your device. Your decision is stored only in your own browser's local storage; this website sets no cookie of its own. The Cookie Policy describes all of this in detail.

We describe what this website does. We do not claim that data processed by Google is anonymous, that Google carries out no processing of its own, or that data is guaranteed to be erased from Google's systems. Those matters are governed by Google's own terms and policies. This policy is a factual description and is not legal advice.

Sharing

Enquiry information is shared only with the people and service providers needed to respond to your enquiry and operate this website — the hosting provider that runs the website and sends the message, and the email provider that receives it. It is not sold and it is not shared for advertising.

Because quotation requests are delivered by email, the message and any attached drawing pass through those providers' systems and are subject to their own technical retention and backup cycles. No claim is made that a drawing is never processed by an email provider, that deletion is certified, or that every residual copy is erased immediately.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting project, and for reasonable business record-keeping afterwards. You can ask for your enquiry information to be deleted by emailing metallazerworld@gmail.com.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about your enquiry, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by emailing metallazerworld@gmail.com, and your request will be handled with your enquiry records. Rights that apply under the data-protection law of your country remain unaffected.

Changes to this policy

Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
