Questions and answers
For a pipe or tube requirement, the quotation form asks for the profile type, material, diameter or section dimensions, wall thickness, length and quantity, and lets you attach the DXF drawing. For anything else, send the DXF drawing together with the material, material grade, thickness, overall dimensions, quantity, required manufacturing processes, and any inspection requirements. The more complete the information, the faster the technical review.
Metal Lazer World reviews round, square, rectangular, and other pipe or profile requirements. The confirmed round-pipe outside-diameter range is Ø50 mm to Ø220 mm. Non-round profile sizes are subject to technical review.
The confirmed maximum pipe wall thickness is up to 12 mm, subject to the material, profile, geometry, and drawing review.
The confirmed maximum pipe length is 6,000 mm.
The confirmed maximum sheet size is 4 ft × 8 ft, approximately 1,220 mm × 2,440 mm.
The confirmed maximum thickness is up to 12 mm, subject to material and technical review.
Mild Steel and Stainless Steel are accepted for cutting requirements.
Metal Lazer World uses a 220-tonne CNC press brake, with bending lengths up to 3,000 mm and confirmed material thicknesses up to 8 mm, subject to technical review.
MIG welding is the currently confirmed welding process. Material and fabrication requirements are reviewed for each project.
DXF is the currently confirmed drawing format.
DXF drawings can be emailed to metallazerworld@gmail.com with the material, thickness, dimensions, quantity, required process, and requested completion date.
Quotation enquiries are typically reviewed within three days after the complete drawing and required project information are received. This is an estimated response time, not a guarantee.
Production lead time depends on the order quantity, required manufacturing processes, material availability, component requirements, and the confirmed scope of work.
Customer drawings submitted for quotation are retained in active business quotation records for up to one month and are then scheduled for deletion. Residual copies may temporarily remain in email-provider, hosting-provider, security, or backup systems according to those providers’ technical retention cycles.
Questions about drawing retention can be sent to metallazerworld@gmail.com.
Available dimensional and material-checking equipment includes a hardness tester, vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge. Inspection requirements are confirmed per project as part of the technical review.
Yes. Cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication requirements can be sent together in a single enquiry, and the combined scope is reviewed as one project. List every process you need in your email.
Use the form on the Request a Quote page, which accepts one DXF drawing of up to 10 MB and is the quickest route. You can also email the DXF file to metallazerworld@gmail.com or send it by WhatsApp. Attaching a drawing to the form is optional — the form can be sent without one.
