Final bending capability depends on the material, material grade, bend length, bend angle, inside radius, flange dimensions, tooling, component geometry, and technical drawing review. The maximum 8 mm thickness does not apply equally to every material and bend configuration.

Technical Review

Every Bend Is Reviewed Before It Is Quoted

A 220-tonne CNC press brake, bending lengths up to 3,000 mm, and confirmed material thicknesses up to 8 mm.

Every bending requirement is reviewed according to the material, grade, thickness, bend length, bend angle, inside radius, flange dimensions, tooling requirements, and component geometry. Mild Steel and Stainless Steel are accepted for review.

Minimum flange dimensions, inside radii, bend angles, tooling, and bending tolerances are confirmed per project — they are not published as fixed values.
